You want a user to click your result in Google, and not need to go back to Google to do the same search that ends with the user pogo-sticking to another result, apparently unsatisfied with your page. Your SEO keywords need to appear in your content – just don’t overdo it or your content will look spammy. If your site is using the same tags for all the pages, you are not helping search engines figure out the subject or relevance of your individual pages.
